Peter Werner – B.Comm

Peter has had 10 years banking and treasury experience with Bankers Trust and Citibank and over 20 years as an executive recruitment consultant. He founded a recruitment business in 1994- Richfield Consulting, and started PW Executive in early 2012.

Peter has a practical and in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, particularly the investment management and investment research sectors.

Not For Profit

Peter has been involved in the Not for Profit sector for over a decade, directly involved with the disability space having been a Director of Autism Spectrum Australia since 2001, Chair 2003-2008.

He has three children, one of whom, Harry, has an Autism Spectrum Disorder.

The disability sector will be undergoing a generational change in the next few years. Funding, both State and Federal, will be changed so that more decisions will be placed in the hands of those with a disability, or their carers. Disability service providers will become more commercialised. This is an exciting and challenging time for the sector.

Peter will be assisting organisations attract, retain and train the best possible talent, in order for them to be able to offer the best possible outcomes for their clients and their carers.
